AWSOM Whole Health Campus is a 120+-acre health care destination under development in Bentonville, Arkansas.
Inspired by Alice Walton's vision for transforming health care, the campus will bring together advanced specialty care, whole-person health, and community in an environment designed to support well-being through nature, art, architecture, and evidence-based design.

A Milestone Moment
In September 2026, the Alice L. Walton Foundation and Mercy joined community leaders, partners, caregivers, and team members to celebrate the groundbreaking of AWSOM Whole Health Campus, marking an important milestone in bringing this shared vision to life.
The groundbreaking signaled the start of construction on the Center for Advanced Specialty Care, the first building on the campus and an important step toward expanding access to advanced specialty care across Northwest Arkansas and the Heartland.
